You can get the license even after the selection process is done.. But, you must get before the completion of probationary period.

what is my conductor’s licence No, it looks like ‘ABCxxx/xx-xx’, in the book given, where ‘ABC’ are english letters and ‘x’ are numbers? plez tell me what I should write in online application for conductor’s licence number field?
