Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation Ltd. (KSRTC) invites application from the eligible candidates for various Craftsmen & Technical posts under the direct recruitment process. Selected candidates will be deployed in KSRTC’s Regional Workshop, Bangalore/Hassan, Bangalore Central, Ramanagar, Mandya, Mysore City, Mysore Rural, Chamarajnagar, Davangere, Kolar, Chikkaballapur, Hassan, Tumkur, Chikkamagalur, Mangalore, Puttur Divisions of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Craftsmen (Auto Mechanic, Auto Body Builder, Auto Painter, Auto Welder, Auto Machinist) |
a. Must be a holder of three years course in Diploma from a recognized institution in Mechanical/Automobile/Welding & Sheet metal technology Engineering. b. Must possess a valid current H.T.V. license or obtain one before completion of the period of Probation. |
| Craftsmen (Auto Electrician) |
a. Must be a holder of three years course in Diploma from a recognized institution in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. b. Must possess a valid current H.T.V. license or obtain one before completion of the period of Probation. |
| Technical Assistant |
a. A pass in ITC/ITI/NAC in Mechanic (motor Vehicle) /Diesel Mechanic/Auto Electrician/Welder/ Sheet Metal Worker /Electronic-Mechanic / Upholstry/ Draftsman (mechanical) / Fitter/ Machinist /Tyre fitting/ Vulcanizing/ painting/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning/ Turner/ Automobile/ Electrical/Electronics/ Fabrication (Fitting & Welding) from an institution recognized by the Technical Board/ or the Government after a pass in secondary board education. b. Shall obtain Light Motor Vehicle Driving license before completion of the Probationary period. |

- Minimum Age : 18 Years Completed
- Maximum Age : 35 Years
- 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B : 38 Years
- Cat-1, SC/ST : 40 Years
FEE DETAILS
- SC/ST, Cat-1, Ex. Servicemen & Dependants : Rs.200
- All Others : Rs.400
Note: If any candidate desired to apply for more than one post/s, he/she have to pay in multiples. (Ex: If you desired to apply for 3 posts under general category, you have to pay Rs.400 x 3= Rs.1200). Fees can be paid at Computerised Post Offices only.
